My name is Michael Jack Lansana. I am the current Registrar of the Pharmacy Board of Sierra Leone. I have an Msc in Pharmaceutical Services and Medicines Control from the University of Bradford in the United Kingdom. I also obtained an Msc in Pharmacy from Kharkov State Pharmacy Institute in the former USSR.

Mission, Objective, Achievements and Aims of the Pharmacy Board
The Pharmacy Board of Sierra Leone aims at implementing appropriate and workable regulatory guidelines to achieve the highest practicable standards of practice of pharmacy by professionals and of safety, efficacy and quality of all drugs, medical devices, cosmetics and nutritional agents collectively termed “ Products” locally manufactured, imported, exported, distributed, sold or used to ensure the protection of the public health as envisaged by the Pharmacy and Drugs Act, 2001.
